When will I receive my Race Pack?
The Race Pack will be available for download from the website by the end of September. Information about runners numbers will be e-mailed and, as worked very successfully in 2011, postcards will also be posted. Runners should check their SPAM filters to ensure e-mails from admin@coventry-half.co.uk are not blocked.

How will the timing and results services operate? How do I get my number and information pack?
The Coventry Half Marathon will be timed by Winning Time (WT). The high energy chips will automatically record your time when you cross the start and finish line. You will receive both a ‘gun’ time and a ‘chip’ time (your personal elapsed time for the race).
Take a look at the Winning Time website for more detail and see how you will be able to search the results and even download your personal certificate! Take a look at the 2011 results – are you listed?
These WT timing chips will be available for collection from the Event Village, close to the Transport Museum, Millennium Place along with race numbers and instructions on Saturday 13th October between 8:00am and 5:00pm or on race day from 7:00am.
For those traveling from a distance or unable to collect the chip and number at these times the pack can be posted by special arrangement for an additional fee of £5.00.
More detail will be sent to all registered runners to explain how the pick up will work and how to access all the key event information to make your participation a safe, enjoyable, trouble free experience.

There will be a separate start for wheelchair users five minutes ahead of the main pack in both events.
