The Coventry Half Marathon Route
- Start on Hales Street West
- Straight onto Corporation Street
- Turn right into Upper Wells Street
- Cross over onto left side of Upper Wells Street, before the Premier Inn
- Go round left side of roundabout at J9 of slip road
- Continue straight on Radford Road, ultilising the northbound carriageway. Where the road is not dual carriageway, there are cones and tape down the centre of the road.
- 1 Mile Marker
- Continue straight on Radford Road, utilising the northbound carriageway. Where the road is not dual carriageway, there are cones and tape down the centre of the road.
- 2 Mile Marker
- At the Scotchhill roundabout, bear right onto South Keresley Green Road. Utilise the northbound carriageway, cones and tape will be on the centre line.
- Continue straight on Bennetts Road, utilising the northbound carriageway. There are cones and tape down the centre of the road.
- 3 Mile Marker
- Turn left onto Fivefield Road
- Water station – At the left hand layby at the entrance to the public path
- 4 Mile Marker
- Turn left onto Tamworth Road B4098
- Immediately turn right onto Hollyfast Lane
- 5 Mile Marker
- Turn right into Wall Hill Lane. At the junction with Bridle Brook Lane, there will be two-way running for half a mile, runners must keep to the right.
- 6 Mile Marker
- 180 degree turn on Wall Hill Lane
- Turn right into Bridle Brook Lane
- 7 Mile Marker
- Water Station – just north of the Hawes End Village sign
- Turn left at Oak Lane onto Washbrook Lane
- Continue straight on into Butt Lane
- 8 Mile Marker
- Turn right into Rectory Lane
- Turn left onto Birmingham Road
- Turn immediately right onto the approach path to the Allesley Park footbridge across the A4114
- Turn right after entering the park
- Follow the path in the park, keeping the edge of the park immediately to the right, in an anti-clockwise direction
- 9 Mile Marker
- Turn left on the path to pass the Wild Flower bed area on your right. Continue on the path to pass the Crazy Golf on your left.
- Turn right onto the north/south path from the footbridge over the A4114
- Turn right onto Allesley Hall Drive. Keep to the left hand eastbound lane. The road is coned down the middle.
- Water Station – 100m from the western end of Allesley Hall Drive.
- 10 Mile Marker
- Turn right onto the northbound carriageway of the Allesley Old Road. This is a crossing point.
- Continue straight on Allesley Old Road, ultilising the north westbound carriageway. Where the road is not dual cariageway, cones will be drawn down the middle of the road. Runners keep to the right.
- 11 Mile Marker
- Continue onto Spon End
- Continue onto Butts Road
- 12 Mile Marker
- Keep to the right when approaching the J7 roundabout
- Use the right side pedestrian underpass of ring road J7
- Turn right onto J7 easterly slip road entrance
- Straight on into J6 easterly slip road exit
- Turn left into Warwick Road
- Turn left into Greyfriars Road. Left hand carriageway to be used
- Straight onto Corporation Street, utilising left hand carriageway
- Straight onto Hales Street
- 13 Mile Marker
- Finish line on Hales Street
