Volunteers
We need you!
We depend on hundreds of volunteers to make this event a safe, successful and enjoyable day for everyone. The volunteers are the people who make this event possible and we need enthusiastic people to help out in various roles on the race day. These include:
- Route marshals
- Start and finish marshals
- Marshalling the drinks stations
- Mountain bike marshals
- and many more
The support of our volunteers is extremely valuable and as a token of our appreciation all volunteers will receive refreshments and an event memento. Under 18s may volunteer if they are accompanied by an adult.
Volunteers will not be responsible for any road closures.
